Direct Objective: To support the ownership of the Collingwood Blues in empowering the Collingwood Blue player, team and coaching staff to achieve excellence both on and off the ice through leadership that enhances self-reliance, resilience and leadership. Core Goals of Executives:
- Provide sustainable support to the ownership, coaching staff, and players of the Collingwood Blues Hockey Club.
- Provide support to the ownership of the Collingwood Blues in their support of the welfare and development of the Collingwood Blue hockey-student athlete personally and socially on and off the ice.
- Provide support to the ownership in their commitment to recruit, develop and retain a diverse staff committed to the growth of a Collingwood Blue player as a person, student and athlete.
- Support and embrace the diversity of coaches and players
- Provide support to the ownership in their commitment to the citizen charities of Collingwood and area
- Support the town of Collingwood in its promotion of youth athletic organizations
- Support the awareness of volunteerism in the community
- Maintain a true commitment to enforce the rules of Hockey Canada, the CJHL and OJHL.
- Support the ownership in the creation of an exciting, fun, family atmosphere for Blues fans at each Collingwood Blues game.
