The Collingwood Blues Jr A Hockey Club is pleased to announce Collingwood’s Damen Boose has signed his OJHL Player Agreement to join his hometown Blues. Boose, 18, comes off his most recent season suiting up for The Stayner Siskins Jr C program.
“Growing up in Collingwood I used to go and watch the blues play, I always imagined someday playing for this team. Now I can’t be happier that those dreams are coming true!”
Boose is expected to be a big part of the future in Collingwood. He comes to Collingwood after a successful year in The PJHL where he was named North Carruthers Division Rookie of the year along with The PJHL Player of the Year awards. Last season he put up 36 goals and 35 assists for 71 points in 40 games with 12 penalty minutes with The Siskins. Boose weighs in at 174 lbs measuring 6 foot tall.
