The Blues would like to announce two additions to our scouting staff in Ross Sloan and David Lang.
Ross and David join Jason Maskalow, Mike McKinnon and Kyle Burns to round out the Blues Scouting staff.
“Ross joins the Blues after previously playing in the and coaching within the OJHL with the Oakville Blades. He is a former player at Plattsburgh University and currently coaching minor hockey in the OMHA. “Ross is a great addition to our staff as he will primarily look at U16 players. Ross has a keen eye of the ability needed to play in the OJHL and did a great job while serving as Head Coach of the Oakville Blades a couple of years ago.” General Manager Mike Tarantino
David Lang joins the Blues most recently after working with the Lindsay Muskies in 2021. “I got to know David during the Covid bubble games and have always had very positive interactions with him. David was looking to get back in Jr. A hockey and is able to identify strong players, particularly in a geographical area we want to improve in. We are excited to add David to our hockey operations staff.” General Manager Mike Tarantino
